About this website
AnthonyPunshon.com provides fitness, food, mindset and lifestyle information together with articles, videos, books, free resources, online programmes, memberships, community services, coaching and personal training.
Some resources are free. Some links take you to paid products, memberships, booking or application systems, app services, retailers or other third-party platforms.
Health and fitness disclaimer
General content on this website, including articles, videos, emails, downloads, programmes and other educational material, is provided for general information and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, counselling or a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Exercise, changes to diet and other lifestyle changes can involve risk. You are responsible for deciding whether general information, workouts, programmes, guides or recommendations are appropriate for your own circumstances.
If you have a medical condition, injury, unexplained pain, pregnancy-related concern, eating-disorder history, medication issue, mental-health concern or any doubt about whether exercise or dietary change is appropriate for you, seek advice from an appropriate qualified professional.
Where I provide an individual personal-training or coaching service, the service will be based on the information reasonably available to me and the scope of that service. It does not replace medical or other regulated professional care.
No guaranteed results
Fitness, body-composition, health, performance and lifestyle results vary from person to person.
Testimonials, examples, before-and-after images and case studies show individual experiences. They are not promises or guarantees that another person will achieve identical or similar results.
Results can be affected by many factors including starting point, consistency, health, training, nutrition, sleep, stress and personal circumstances.
Free resources and content
Free resources, downloads, videos, articles, guides, challenges and emails are provided for personal use, information and education. They may be updated, changed, replaced or withdrawn from time to time.
Unless I specifically say otherwise, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly upload, reproduce, adapt into another product or claim my resources or content as your own.
Online programmes and digital content
Paid online programmes may include videos, written materials, downloadable resources, app-based content and other digital content. The exact contents, access period and investment will be described on the relevant programme or checkout page.
Where a programme is sold with lifetime programme access, this means ongoing access to that programme for as long as it can reasonably continue to be supplied through the relevant technology or a reasonable replacement. It does not mean that a particular third-party app, platform or piece of software is guaranteed to exist permanently.
Programme content may occasionally be updated, reorganised or moved to another delivery platform provided that the substance of the access you purchased is not unfairly removed.
Cooling-off rights and digital access
Consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights. Those rights depend on the type of product or service being purchased and when supply begins.
Where a purchase consists of digital content and you ask for access to begin immediately during a statutory cancellation period, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel will be lost once supply of that digital content begins.
Where the law requires that consent and acknowledgement, your statutory cancellation right is not removed simply by these Terms & Conditions.
Where a service begins during a statutory cancellation period at your request, different rules may apply and you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already provided if you subsequently exercise a valid cancellation right.
Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation, refund, repair, repeat-performance, price-reduction or other consumer right that the law gives you.
Refunds
Unless a particular offer specifically includes a separate commercial refund guarantee, no additional voluntary money-back guarantee is offered merely because you change your mind after valid access to a product or service has begun.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have, including rights relating to cancellation, faulty digital content, services that have not been provided as agreed, or services that have not been performed with reasonable care and skill.
Memberships and recurring payments
Some services may be offered as recurring memberships or subscriptions. The investment, billing frequency, trial period where applicable and cancellation arrangements will be shown when you join.
Recurring payments are normally administered by the platform or payment provider through which you joined. Instructions for cancelling should be available through the relevant account, platform or communication provided when you purchased.
Cancelling a recurring membership prevents charges according to the cancellation terms applicable to that membership. Any statutory cancellation rights remain separate from the ordinary membership cancellation process.
Personal training and coaching
Personal-training or coaching services may be subject to additional practical terms covering matters such as session arrangements, availability, cancellations, rescheduling, payment and the geographical area in which a service is offered.
Where additional terms are clearly provided as part of an application, booking or purchase, those terms also form part of the agreement for that particular service.
You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and relevant to safe and appropriate delivery of an individual service, including informing me of relevant changes where appropriate.
Platforms and payment providers
Programmes, memberships, community services, forms, applications, bookings and payments may be delivered or processed using third-party services such as HighLevel / GoHighLevel, WithMe and associated payment providers.
Those platforms may have their own technical requirements, privacy policies and terms governing your direct use of their systems.
A third-party platform’s terms do not remove any statutory rights you have in relation to a product or service purchased from Anthony Punshon.
Books, retailers and affiliate links
AnthonyPunshon.com may link to books or other products sold through Amazon or other external retailers.
Purchases made directly from an external retailer are handled by that retailer and are subject to its applicable terms, delivery processes, customer-service arrangements and consumer obligations.
Some links may be affiliate links. If so, I may receive a commission from a qualifying purchase without increasing the amount you pay.
External links and embedded content
This website may link to or display content supplied by third parties, including video platforms, social-media services, retailers, form systems, payment providers, app platforms and community services.

Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from relying on any mandatory right to bring proceedings elsewhere where applicable consumer law provides that right.
